We are asking all parents/guardians to register for our Sunday Religious Education program.

(Sunday School begins on September 21, 2025.)

2025-2026 Religious Education registration form

Our Sunday School program is lectionary-based and highlights our UCC values. It is for children of all ages (Grades K-6), and classes are offered the first and third Sunday of every month. There is also a Children's Time with the pastor during worship every week.

Children will attend worship with their grownups and then go to class following the Children's Time. Once class is over, they will join you in Coffee Hour or you may come to class and pick up your children. If you have any questions or are interested in volunteering, please call the Church Office. (In according with our Safe Church policy, all volunteers must undergo a background check.)

Adults (Teens are also welcome!)

As part of our process of becoming a WISE congregation (Welcoming, Inclusive, Supportive, and Engaged for mental health awareness), as guided by our Mission and Social Action Team and Church Council, we are studying the first of two books relating to mental health and neurodiversity. The first book is Blessed Are the Crazy: Breaking the Silence About Mental Illness, Family, and Church by Sarah Griffith Lund.

The WISE Book Study meets on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM (beginning September 30)

(in the Horton Lounge of St. James UCC and on Zoom)
